Get your first useful list

Choose the Free plan on Shopify, then open Clearpick. Start with an open physical order at a fulfillment location you manage. Refresh, expand a product’s order lines and compare one quantity with Shopify. Print or export after checking it.

A quantity looks wrong

Refresh the list, check the stock-location filter and expand the product’s order lines. Compare remaining fulfillment quantities in Shopify, rather than the original order quantity. Held, scheduled, completed and cancelled work is excluded.

A bundle is missing

Clearpick uses Shopify’s recorded bundle component relationships. A custom bundle without component relationships cannot be expanded. Third-party bundle compatibility has not been established.

Manage your subscription

Open Clearpick in Shopify admin, select Plan and support, then Manage plan. Shopify displays current terms and handles subscription changes.

Free and Pro

Free includes up to 50 open orders per list with unlimited runs. Larger backlogs are clearly labelled as partial in the app, print and CSV. Pro loads the full supported batch up to the 1,000 fulfillment-order safety limit. See current plan details.

Contact support

Include your shop domain, the steps you took and the result you expected. Please exclude customer names, addresses, passwords and tokens.
